  • Calcium ATPase: This enzyme actively transports calcium ions out of the cytoplasm into the endoplasmic reticulum or extracellular space, regulating intracellular calcium levels and signaling pathways.
  • Proton Pump: Proton pumps actively transport hydrogen ions (protons) out of cells or into organelles such as lysosomes and the stomach, contributing to pH regulation and acid secretion.
