Mindfulness meditation has been shown to change regions of the brain -- one of those regions is the amygdala. The amygdala is the area of the brain associated with fear, anxiety, and stress. A Harvard MRI study has shown that after just eight weeks of a mindfulness-based practice the amygdala shrinks!

 This particular meditation is designed to help you overcome your fears - awareness, breathing, emotional regulation, and visualization.
