This meditation is designed to help you find the opportunity within obstacles and to thrive through difficulties. We can train ourselves to see challenges as opportunities for growth and success. Remember diamonds are created under intense pressure and the lotus grows from the mud; you too can flourish through difficulty. Never never give up, and keep going!
