Dr. Jared Block is a board certified Anatomic, Clinical, and Hematopathologist. Practicing in Charlotte, NC, he has extensive experience in laboratory management, blood product administration, and the diagnosis of benign and malignant blood disorders. He is part of a large private practice group in Charlotte, NC that serves eleven hospitals and both the Levine Cancer Institute and the Gibbs Cancer Center. He is an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina and teaches medical students as a visiting professor at Ross University. Training included medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Residency at the University of Missouri, and a fellowship with Drs. Peter Banks and Ned Lipford at Carolinas Medical Center. Undergraduate education was at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
