A guided meditation for students, teachers and parents who are embarking on a new semester or year in school. This meditation is useful in bringing attention to thoughts, feelings, or emotions that are being held or carried in regards to school. Bringing awareness and acceptance to thoughts and emotions allows us to let them go.  This meditation encourages step by step actions to help actualize ones school year goals.

This meditation can be used any time during the school year - to relax, gain awareness and build confidence!
