In this meditation, we will be using the breath as an anchor. We will be practicing a traditional way of refocusing the attention, coming back to the present whenever the mind has drifted. It is helpful to commit to a short meditation practice initially - this builds a consistent habit. Even two or three minutes a day is a great start!
