Dr. Sathish Perumal MD is a board certified Family Physician, practicing in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. He is currently working in a primary care setting involving urgent care. He actively teaches medical students and Family Medicine residents as a Faculty in the Department of family medicine and as a Clinical Instructor at University of Illinois College of Medicine. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles in medical journals. Dr. Perumal went to medical school in India, holds an MD from the prestigious Mysore University through JSS Medical College. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine at Peoria. He currently is a member of American Academy of Family Physician and Illinois Academy of Family Physician.
